The hotel's cozy decor and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home, with beautiful and well-maintained surroundings that were perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with clear signage, well-lit hallways, and conveniently located elevators that made getting around effortless. It truly made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people in terms of ensuring respectful and courteous behavior from all the staff, ensuring that the children of the staff are as welcoming and accommodating as the mature members of the team.

The free shuttle service was a game-changer. It was like having a personal chauffeur at my beck and call. I felt like a VIP as I zipped around town, saving time and hassle. It made exploring the area a breeze, and I could indulge in the local attractions without the stress of driving or parking.

Check-in process is slow.

I had great 4 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. All in all everything was wonderful, nonetheless I had quite small bathroom. Fast staff with the service of the staff and provided a quick check-in.

Additionally, the easy access to the Troy Golf Course was a hit with our family, offering a fun day out for both adults and kids. My wife says that the hotel would be great for families if they offered more children-friendly meal options.

The hotel was big, and the meals were tasty, I really enjoyed the marvellous location close to casino, the mall. Property's lobby was beautiful with hospitable personnel.

Had a blast exploring over 200 shops at the Arundel Mills Mall. Enjoyed the free roundtrip airport shuttle, even though the gift shop was a bit underwhelming.

Oh, and let's not forget the lumpy bed. Talk about beauty sleep!

The venue was gorgeous, it had great location and staff. The rooms were large on the 8th floor. I really enjoyed to spend time in the superb poolside bar.

The room was accommodating with a kitchenette, clean towels and 2 queen beds for an excellent stay at a different location.

We were in Hanover for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was fairly clean with perfect location close to Casino. Clean facilities and the pool was nice.

I also appreciated the convenience of the hourly casino shuttle and the professionalism of the entire staff. it was a truly pleasant stay.

The 3500 square feet of space consisting of conference space, meeting rooms, and a meeting room were indispensable for a successful event.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workspaces.
